As a nurse, I’m naturally skeptical of anything that promises better hair and skin in a bottle. When I started taking MaryRuth’s Organics Liquid Morning Multivitamin + Hair Growth in Peach Mango, I wasn’t expecting a miracle—I just wanted a simple routine I could actually stick with. What surprised me most was how easy it became. The liquid tastes great, takes seconds, and quickly became part of my morning routine before coffee. One ingredient that caught my attention was Lustriva®, a clinically studied blend that delivers 10,000 mcg of highly absorbable biotin to support existing hair growth and improve skin texture. I’m not claiming one product changed everything overnight, but after about 30 days, my hair looked thicker and fuller. A few friends even started asking what I was doing differently. For me, the biggest win wasn’t perfection—it was consistency. Sometimes the best routine is simply the one you’ll actually do every day. ✨ #HairCareJourney #NurseLife #WellnessRoutine #HealthyHair #Biotin
