My wife Sarah had been using a heated sinus mask for exactly 8 nights when something happened that made us both cry. We'd discovered this device after 3 years of her living with crushing facial pressure and waking up at 2 AM every single night unable to breathe—but nothing prepared us for that morning. I'm Brian, 46, from Austin. That morning in March, Sarah woke me up at 6 AM. "Brian... I can breathe through my nose." Her voice cracked. "I haven't been able to do that in three years." We just held each other and sobbed. Three years of suffering. Three years of doctors saying "it's just allergies." Three years of watching her try spray after spray, pill after pill, rinse after rinse. And the answer had been inflammation that nothing could reach all along. Let me back up. Sarah's nightmare started at 42. Sudden sinus pressure that never went away. Exhaustion that sleep couldn't touch. Brain fog so thick she'd forget words mid-sentence. And the 2 AM wake-ups. Every. Single. Night. Like clockwork. Unable to breathe. Gasping for air through her mouth. "Chronic sinusitis," her doctor said. "Happens to a lot of people. Try this nasal spray." $47 Flonase did nothing. Neither did saline rinses, antihistamines, or the $2,800 we spent on specialists who ran CT scans and allergy panels. The ENT's verdict: "Your sinuses are inflamed. Here's a steroid spray. If that doesn't work, we can discuss surgery." The spray worked for three days. Then her body adapted and the pressure came
